Education Realty Trust Declares First Quarter Dividend (GlobeNewswire via Yahoo! Finance)

MEMPHIS, Tenn., April 13, 2009 -- Education Realty Trust, Inc. , a leader in the ownership, management and development of student housing, today announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1025 per share of common stock for the quarter ended March 31, 2009.
