AUSTIN, Texas----American Campus Communities Inc. , one of the nation’s largest owners, managers and developers of high-quality student housing properties, announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3375 per share of common stock, payable on February 26, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2010.
