Education Realty Trust Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend (GlobeNewswire via Yahoo! Finance)

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Education Realty Trust, Inc. , a leader in the ownership, management and development of student housing, today announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock for the quarter ended December 31, 2009.
