NOTICE is hereby given that Statements of Qualifications are being solicited from Developers interested in providing Development Services for a New On-Campus Student Housing Complex for New Jersey City University.
Statements of Qualifications in response to Request for Qualifications #A-2107 will be received by Ms. Edie DelVecchio, Director of Procurement Services, New Jersey City University, 2039 Kennedy Boulevard, Procurement Services, Hepburn Hall, Room 111, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305 until 2:00 p.m. April 7, 2010. Envelopes should be marked with identifying RFQ #A-2107 Development Services for a New On-Campus Student Housing Complex.
Request for Qualifications #A-2107 provides detailed information regarding the required materials to be submitted with the Qualifications.
